TEAM BOCA GIRLS PROGRAM PROMOTED TO ECNL

Boca Raton, FL. (March 6, 2026) – Team Boca is extremely proud and excited to announce the acceptance of our girls’ program to the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL). “The ECNL will add incredible value to our program’s competitive platform and help showcase our players in a league that prides itself on providing the best standards of competition in the country,” said Mario Rincon, Girls Director of Coaching.

Established in 2009, the ECNL is recognized as a premier league in American youth soccer, providing a platform focused on high-level competition and player development. The ECNL’s mission is to elevate youth soccer standards and experiences nationwide. Keith Fries, Team Boca Club Director, said, “We appreciate the dedication of our coaches, administrators, parents, and players in facilitating Team Boca’s promotion as an ECNL club. The addition of our girl’s program to the ECNL represents a significant milestone in our club’s longstanding history.”

Team Boca was launched in 1977 as a local soccer program in Boca Raton. Team Boca has always focused on the player’s experience and development both on and off the field. As one of the state’s legacy competitive travel soccer programs, Team Boca has won 4 Youth Soccer National Championships, 10 Youth Soccer Regional Championships, and 34 Youth Soccer State Championships.

The Team Boca Girls ECNL program will be led by veteran coach, Patrick Baker. As the ECNL Technical Director, Coach Baker will use his 30+ years of college experience to help our players maximize their potential to become complete players, capable of playing at the next level. Coach Baker brings more than three decades of youth coaching experience combined with his 30+ years of college coaching experience at reputable D1 programs like the University of Pennsylvania, Florida State University, the University of Georgia, and currently at Florida Atlantic University. Coach Baker, with the operational support from former club director and Team Boca Advisory Board member, Bill D’Addio, will oversee all aspects of the ECNL program.

“Being a part of the ECNL is going to give our girls the opportunities to play in the most competitive youth soccer league in the country. It will offer our girls the platform to play at the next level. We are very excited for what’s ahead,” said Coach Patrick Baker, Girls ECNL Director.
