Team Boca ECNL RL G2007/08 defeated New England Surf ECNL RL G07/08, 4-0 in the opener, and then blanked Ohio Premier ECNL RL G2007/08, 1-0 to go 2-0 for the day in the Leaders Cup competition at the ECNL Florida and ECNL RL Florida National Showcase at Lakewood Ranch.
Team Boca ECNL RL G2007/08 will face Mississippi Rush ECNL RL G2007/08 at 11:30 a.m. on Field 8 at the Premier Sports Campus Field at Lakewood Ranch.
The Team Boca ECNL RL G09 squad opened play with a 2-1 win over the Lexington Sporting Club ECNL RL G09 squad. They will face Connecticut FC United ECNL RL G09 at 9:50 a.m. on Field 3 at the Premier Sports Campus Field at Lakewood Ranch. They then face Sporting CA USA ECNL RL G09 on March 1 at 11 a.m.
The Team Boca ECNL RL G10 squad opened play with a 2-1 setback against the Utah Surf ECNL RL G10 squad. They will face PDA South Blue ECNL RL G10 at 11:40 a.m. on Field 2 at the Premier Sports Campus Field at Lakewood Ranch, and then Florida West FC ECNL RL G10 on March 1 at 10:30 a.m.
The Team Boca ECNL RL G11 squad opened play with a 1-1 draw against the Sting Royal ECNL RL G11 NTX squad. They will face Pride SC ECNL RL G11 at 9:50 a.m. on Field 2 at the Premier Sports Campus Field at Lakewood Ranch, and then Florida Krush ECNL RL G11 on March 1 at 12:30 p.m.

Huge congratulations go out to Team Boca Futsal Director Daniel Cavalcanti, who was a member of the first graduating class of a Pro License issued by CBF and sanctioned by CONMEBOL.
This remarkable achievement is a testament to his dedication, expertise, and commitment to advancing futsal. We are proud to celebrate his milestone and look forward to his continued leadership and success with Team Boca’s Futsal program.
The CBF PRO Futsal License is Brazil’s highest-level futsal coaching credential, issued by the Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) through its CBF Academy platform.
It is sanctioned by CONMEBOL—the governing football body of South America—granting it continental recognition across the Americas and significant influence in international coaching markets.
Within the global coaching education hierarchy, it is considered a PRO-level qualification, equivalent to the UEFA Pro License in Europe, representing the pinnacle of achievement in the field.
Few coaches outside of Brazil hold this distinction; there are only three in the United States, including Cavalcanti.
The certificate was awarded on Monday at CBF Headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, following the completion of final task assignments. The required workload was fulfilled over many months in 2025.

Players ages 5-14 are encouraged to attend the Florida Atlantic University Men’s Soccer Spring Break Camp at FAU Soccer Stadium from March 16-20, 2026.
