Spotlight: Stacy Dent
Coach Stacy joined
our staff last season as the coach of our Girls U18 Navy team. She
is presently on maternity leave and we look forward to her return to
Team Boca very soon!
Stacy grew up playing locally at Douglas High School where she was
Co- Captain in 1993 and 1994 as well as All County and Team MVP in
1994. Stacy then went on to star at Catawba College in North
Carolina where she was the team and Conference MVP in 1997 and 1998,
as well as Conference Player of the Year in 1997 and named Honorable
Mention to the All America Team. She was also selected as the
Catawba Female Athlete of the Year in 1998.
Stacy previously
served as the Coral Springs Christian Academy Junior Varsity Coach
from 1999-2000 and Douglas High School Assistant Coach in 2002, as
well as a trainer for the Coral Springs Storm Soccer Club. She
presently serves as the Head Varsity Girls Coach for hometown St.
Andrew's High School.
Coach Stacy holds a
USSF National Coaching license.
