To All Team Managers:
This season we will be making a meaningful
effort to improve and update the Team Boca web site with information
and resources necessary for you to more effectively complete your
tasks as Team Manager. We are working on a comprehensive
handbook for all team managers. When it is complete our
Team Manager Coordinator, Keri Weinberg, will be in touch to set up a meeting to
discuss the handbook.
We have already added the online registration
form that all players and parents need to fill out. We will be
adding several new
online forms soon. Game day jerseys and shorts can
only be ordered by Team Managers; please fill out the uniform
registration form and either email or fax it to the office.
Stacey (Soccer Store) will not accept order forms without prior approval. All other
uniforms and equipment can be placed with Stacey directly at the
Soccer Store.
We are also in the process of uploading the
forms you use daily. These forms are in Adobe Acrobat Format and
Word. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download
it for free
here. Let the Web Master know if there are any forms
not listed you would like added. Please use the forms that have
been provided for you. They are easier to use when integrating
information.
We are in desperate need of
sponsors and
committee members. The following committees need to be set up
before October 1st so we can start meeting. Media coordinator,
registration coordinator, Booster club, sponsorship, college prep,
fundraising, & uniform.
All
Team Pages have been updated with the coach
and managers name. We now need pictures and rosters ASAP.
Please check this new teams listing to verify your team's information.
We would also like every team in Team Boca to have a designated "web
rep" to keep your team pages up and running with consistent
information. Web sites are the best tool at your disposal
to recruit new players and communicate important information to your
parents and the community.
Lastly, please send the Web Master any comments
or suggestions you have for ways we can make the web site better and
more useful for managers, players, parents and members of the soccer
community. Help us make the Team Mangers job easier.
