Lauren Reilly
BOCA RATON, FL – Team Boca alum, Lauren Reilly, has been named the new Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Team Boca Blast of the WPSL. Lauren attended hometown St. Andrews High School where she earned First Team All-County honors. Lauren then attended Division 1 Fairfield University in Connecticut where she served as Team Captain and was named 3 times to the All- MAAC & NSCAA All Northeastern Region Teams. Following her graduation from Fairfield, Lauren played for the Boston Breakers Reserves Team and the New England Mutiny of the WPSL. She later went on to play professionally with First Division Team, Hovas Billdal in Goteborg, Sweden. Lauren most recently served as a Soccer Performance Coach & the Director of Business Development for Beast Mode Soccer, a Los Angeles, California, State-of-the-Art Soccer Performance Training Center. While in California, she also served as the Head Coach of the Westside Breakers Girls U13’s. Lauren holds a USSF National Coaching License and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Lauren will also stay on after the Blast Season and work for Team Boca in a similar capacity.
