Girls Strength & Conditioning


Welcome Staci Wilson to our coaching staff! Staci will be the new coach of our Girls U17 White team, as well as serve as our girls strength & conditioning coach. Wilson, a three-time national champion while playing at the University of North Carolina (1994, 1996 and 1997) brings international and professional playing experience to working with Team Boca players. She was a defender on the United States' 1996 Olympic gold medal-winning team and won two professional championships. Coach Staci also serves as the Florida Atlantic University women's Asst. Coach.

Wilson's coaching career has featured serving as an assistant coach for the Philadelphia Independence of the Women's Professional Soccer, as well as coaching at several youth clubs including Weston, Cooper City, and Loudoun Soccer Club in Virginia,  Coach Staci was also the Director of Soccer Training at the Perfect Competition Athletic Development in Davie. 

Wilson earned a bachelor's degree in physical education-exercise physiology from the University of North Carolina and has a USSF National coaching license.
